4 stewed peaches, sliced and chilled
1 mango, pureed
1 teacup strawberries, pureed
1 to 2 teaspoon lemon juice
4 teaspoons powdered sugar

Method for preparing Peach Surprise Recipe

1. Add half the sugar and half the lemon juice to each fruit puree. Chill.

2. Ladle 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of each puree on individual dessert plates.

3. Arrange stewed peaches around the puree and serve immediately.
