Broccoli and Mushroom Dip Recipe
Broccoli and Mushroom Dip Recipe tastes really nice. It’s one of my old favourites.

Ingredients
Instructions
1. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and plunge them in salted boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and pour cold water over them. Drain and keep aside.
2. Drain and slice the mushrooms. Keep aside the liquid from the can.
3. Heat the butter and fry the onions for 1 minute. Add the garlic and green chili and fry again for a few seconds.
4. Add the flour. Cook for at least 1 ½ minutes on a slow flame.
5. Add the milk, liquid from the can and the cheese and cook until the mixture becomes thick.
6. Add the broccoli, mushrooms, salt and pepper and mix well.
7. Serve warm with chips or bread sticks
