Ingredients
  • Round steak: 1 lb (to 1-1/2 lb.)
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic clove, minced: 1
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoons
  • Pepper: 1/4 teaspoons
  • Soy sauce: 1/4 cup
  • Sugar: 1 teaspoon
  • Bean sprouts, fresh or canned, drained: 1 cup
  • Сanned tomatoes, chopped: 1 cup
  • Green peppers, seeded and cut into strips: 2
  • Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon
  • Water: 2 tablespoon
  • Green onions, sliced: to taste
Instructions
1 Slice steak into narrow strips.

2 In skillet or slow-cooking pot with browning unit, brown steak in oil. Combine with garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sugar in slow-cooking pot.

3 Cook in slow cooker approximately for 6 hours.

4 Turn control to high. Add bean sprouts, tomatoes, and green peppers. Dissolve cornstarch in water.
5 Stir into pot. Cover and cook on high 15-20 minutes or until thickened. Sprinkle with onions.
