Ingredients
  • Spare ribs: 2 lb
  • Water: 1 1/2 cup
  • Granulated sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Hoisin sauce: 4 ts
  • Minced garlic: 4 ts
  • Soy sauce: 1 cup
Instructions
1 Mix together water, granulated sugar, Hoisin sauce, minced garlic and soy sauce in a bowl.
2 Fit the ribs snugly into a bowl or pan and pour the marinade over. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours to overnight.
3 Grill or broil spareribs, turning once until done, about 15-20 minutes. Serve.
