Mint Ice Cream Recipe
Mint ice cream is a great dessert on a hot day. Notes of mint and lemon make this ice cream refreshing.

Instructions
1.
Dissolve the cornflour in 4 tablespoons of cold milk.

Combine the milk, sugar, cornflour solution and milk powder and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring continuously. Cool completely.

Add the cream, mint, lemon juice, mint essence, green food colour and mix well.

Pour into a shallow container cover and freeze till almost set.
5.
Divide the mixture into 2 batches and churn each batch separately in a blender till it is smooth.
6.
Transfer both batches into a shallow container. Cover and freeze till firm. Scoop and serve.
