Homemade Spinach Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • Chopped spinach: 2 cups
  • Chopped onion: 1
  • Milk or cream: 2 cups
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions

1. Cook the spinach and onion in 1/2 teacup of water until soft.

2. Add the milk and blend in a mixer. Strain.

3. Add the salt and pepper.

4. Serve hot. I love this soup with garlic bread or croutons
